The first activity of class Wednesday, April 3rd. Was to answer these four questions.. 1. What is stressing you right now 2.How do you know when you are stressed? 3.How does stress personally affect you? 4.How do you cope with stress in your life? +The importance of this writing task was to write out the problems and take out your stress on the paper. It is critical that you either speak or vent to someone or write it down so that your problems do not go deeper than it should. After writing.. Rod had us read different type of symptoms and the category it falls under (Physical, Emotional,Behavioral, and Psychological). +I fell under the Physical Symptoms, which describes nausea, acne, headaches, and other things you can point out that has negatively changed your body. +We talked about the problems we felt that we had under stress to a partner with the same symptoms. +we then said out loud to the class, of the problems we have when we are stressed. Moral of the lesson: I liked how we physical were confronted of the problems we have when we are stressed and we are the only "Doctor" that can help us because we know what works for us.
